2. Flue Gas Treatment Systems:  “Guarantees thermal destruction of organic substances & dioxins.  
“For Dioxins & Mercury Abatement”

Heat Exchanger (Example): Reduces flue gas temperature from 850C to below 200C, providing best filtering efficiencies suitable for dry filtration and possible reagent injection systems.  This is completely environmentally-friendly, creating less CO2 emission. We offer an optional Heat Recovery system that can produce hot water or hot air for certain type of energy application.

Reaction Tower / Reagent Injection – Creating a cyclone effect, we clean emissions by separating gross particulate matter safely into a stationary filter while flue gases travel through the treatment system.  Efficiencies are enhanced by our ability to integrate the reaction of injecting reagents (Carbon and/or Hydrated Lime) with the pollutants to strengthen the removal of mercury and heavy metals abatement.   

Bag Hose Filtration – We can propose three (3) types of filtration systems in relation to the benefits that are expected to be achieved and especially to the space available.  All three (3) solutions comply with the requirements of the European standards about emissions into the atmosphere.

Flue Gas Exhauster – Provides adequate energy and can meet the entire expected pressure drop introduced into the filter smoke from the station and from the dissipater.  

Chimney – The vertical passage for flue gas that once cleansed is admitted into the atmosphere.  The outer diameter is approximately 350 mm with minimum height of 9 meters depending on the local standards and/or technical requirements.  The chimney is equipped with all security systems and protection under the law.
